Cosas indispensables en el Kit de Primeros Auxilios de tu viaje

Te vas de viaje estas navidades?

Ya está listo tu kit de primeros auxilios? Qué debe tener y cuán importante es?
Este kit es una de las cosas más valiosas que debes llevar contigo en tu viaje. Con un buen kit podrías resolver de inmediato alguna situación de salud que se te presente, tal como dolor de cabeza, indigestión, alergia, dolor de oído, cortadura, etc. La idea del kit es que lleves algunos medicamentos y evitar lo más posible estar buscando farmacias ni hospitales. Así, sigues disfrutando y no pierdes tiempo.   Aquí les comparto mis recomendaciones sobre lo que debes llevar. 
Cosas indispensables en el kit de primeros auxilios de tu viaje 
 
 
1. Por si te da dolor de cabeza
Lleva Acetaminophen.  Echa la cantidad de píldoras que te pueden resolver en al menos 24 horas. 
 
2. Y si alguna comida te cae mal?
Anís estrellado. Un té de anís estrellado sana la indigestión. Así que con unas estrellitas es cuestión de conseguir solo agua caliente y listo. Incluye  la  Zantac, Prevacid y Tums para la acidéz por si acaso. 
 
3. Upsss… Te puedes cortar
Dos o tres sobrecitos de alcohol, una o dos gasas y varias curitas siempre vienen bien. 
 
4. Si eres alérgico
Claritín, Benadryl, Alavert… El de tu preferencia
 
5. Antibióticos
Cualquier infección podría llegar tan facil como en los sanitarios públicos. Una gripe la pescamos también sobre todo con el cambio drástico de temperatura en esta época navideña.  Con antibióticos Cipro o Zitromax, estamos preparados.  El triple antibiótico en crema también es una buena idea pero que sea el tamaño más pequeño posible. 
 
6. Gotas para oídos y ojos 
Sobre todo para los viajes largos de muchas horas en avión, las gotas son importantísimas. 
 
7. Para el mareo
Lleva dos o tres pastillitas de dramamina. 
 
8. Hilo y aguja 
 Lleva unos pedazos de hilos de los colores más comunes de tu equipaje de viaje
 
 
A  EMPACAR
Aquí viene lo mejor. Lo ideal es que todo esté empacado en mini bolsitas para ocupar el menor espacio posible y reducir peso de tu maleta.  La foto abajo muestra algunas ideas de empaque.

  13. I personally use firefox and a few nights in 12: 00 exactly or 12: 30 exactly, opera stops working and does not download a page. The web connection is certainly perfectly fine although because it says excellent. We are connected to a house router and the signal strength is always excellent. I do not know why this happens in exactly 12: 00 or 12: 30 on my desktop time but they have a pain. I’ve truly tried “ping”ing and almost everything looks fine..
